thats the loyds one, the boots one literally had two things in it, one was a leaflet too!
you sign up for the emmas diary card on the webiste or else you can ask your gp for a emmas diary magazine which has a card in the back of it, then you take it to lloyds pharamacy they scan it in their till and give you the pack.:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0 -

Presumably they have somewhere private for you to go? Do they have it in all the Lloyds stores or just bigger ones? I used to work at Lloyds.
You take a sample bottle in and give to the staff and then they take it away and bring you the results on a slip of paper.
