When you get official discharge do you get sent a form saying that or do you have to apply for one from the OR.

If you get ED then you get a letter from the OR to say so. When you are AD you don't get anything. You can ask your OR to send you a letter to say you are discharged, you can print out your entry on the IS website or you can pay £60 to the court to get a nice certificate stating you are discharged (you can get this free if you are on certain benefits)BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
