Dixons price promise - now to online sites as well!

Hello all,
Thought this may be of use to someone. I recently found a dvd recorder I wanted to get and saw Dixons price promise. I wanted to go through dixons as the other site I found it on (£50 cheaper!) didnt do quidco.
So, I emailed using the price promise link and within 24 hours got a reply saying they would match the price if I used an exclusive code! Have to use it within 24 hours though (it is exclusive to me before you ask).
So now I can get it for the same price as the other site + try to use other vouchers AND get quidco back!! :j :j :j
Will let you know how it goes... its too tempting to resist!!

It worked... I tried to use the voucher and it took the price down from £435 to £379! Also, then used £20 voucher to beat the cheapest price by £20!
Not that I used the voucher... was hoping I could next week but voucher lasts 1 day only...
At least I know it works now!!!
PS - The site they matched wasnt one on their list, so ALWAYS worth a go! Being bored is so boring Im bored of it... :rotfl:0
