Advice on resolving a disputed card payment

I have noticed 2 transactions on my bank statement for purchases at my local Indian resturant that I don't recognise and my bank refuses to get involved because I have used my card with them before therefore it is a disputed transaction and not fraud! (In case it helps I have a Virgin One account with the Royal Bank of Scotland).
Any advice before I approach the resturant? The only evidence that I have is that with these added transactions it means I would have had 3 Indian meals 3 days running, which is very unusual (well for me anyway!) also our usual spend is about £18 to £20 and both the extra transactions are between £20-£25. I can confirm that the third day's purchase is correct and I still have the switch card receipt.
Any help would be appriciated. Thanks
