i done this offer and put in the codes, Im now waiting fir my Glamour code and last week there was the £25 credit in my HD account, just logged on now and there is £0?????

I just recieved my code for £25 of points this morning, not recieved any other corespondence though about the magazine
Just logged onto HD just now and my other £25 is still there from a few weeks back, so now got £50 to spend!

I'm so confused, how do you have a log in to the hot diamonds website?

I thought they sent out a physical voucher that you could take to the shop? confused.com!

According to what is said on the letter its only valid to use on the website. I can scan my letter if you want to see what it says?

Ah I see, that's no problem, I just haven't recieved my letter yet. I'm sure it will be cleared up when I get it! lol

I thought it would of been able to use in store also, I looked in a jewellary shop that stocks HD but there was nothing nice there anyway! Pity as theres 2 necklaces I like but unsure what one to order! Would rather of seen them in person first! Oh well, with my £50 credit and the 10% it gives you off also it will only cost me £8.50 so its a bargain!!

i emailed them about this happening on my account also and they said they cleared all the accounts due to unusual activity over the weekend! i asked for my points back and they said the security team would get back to me!

Thats weird as I joined the same time and added the codes and mine were still there. Well not anymore as I just spent them all :rotfl:
