I got an email called 'Order Update' but the content was totally blank! Replied asking them to resend and verified my details while I was at it so hoping for the best!!

I can understand people being annoyed if some orders are being cancelled and others are being accepted and the situations are the same. That's not fair. This reminds me of the mess-up years ago with the Game Cube price, some were getting them, some weren't, very unfair. People complained and it ended up that all orders got honoured.

My only concern now is the Glamour mag voucher because that's completely legit, yet they're going to wipe my account so I'm unsure if I can still use it.

My BF got a message from them about 30 mins ago to say that his charm would be shipped to him wihin 7 days and that they are jst waiting on stock levels

My order was cancelled even though I put extra money towards it, then got an email today to say its been sent. How odd!!

the fact that they chanced their arm the same as everyone else but aren't going to get theirs, sour grapes if you ask me.

Received my order and hubby received his.....ordered a bead charm for mine and daughters pandoras and got to say that they are gorgeous.
