Have you thought of looking on ebay??? Sometimes if you buy in bulk people will give you a discount.
Or i know its not the same but what about the tea lights with batteries in? They give the same effect.

If you can bear to traipse around Ikea their boxes of plain candles are mostly good value. Have a look at this link for all their candle related stuff:

Sainsburys have a pack of 20 basics household candles for £3.50 - which is actually cheaper than IKEA! Can't remember exactly where they are instore, around household things like bin bags etc.
  • Hi,

This is something we looked into for my mums grave, there is a type of candle that you can get for graves - lasts 7/8 days. We bought them from the holy shop too, if you ask them they may be able to help. They cost ~£3 i think (we usually buy a box at a time) but as you only need 4 a month it helps cut costs!

    Hope this helps:D
