bridging loans
I've recently had the buyers of my house here in the UK pull out of the purchase. The proceeds of the sale were going to fund my purchase of a property in Portugal.
As a consequence i need to raise the funds on a short term basis before a new buyer for the UK house can be found. I've heard of open and closed bridging loans, but wasn't sure if this was the only option available.
