Thats the way of the web I'm afraid.. I have had web content nicked a few years ago...I got one site shut down (but to be fair, it was on a freebie host). the same content was also nicked by a Greek website that translated it. To be fair, they did credit my site, but no one emailed me to let me know.. and finally, the same piece of content was shown on American TV complete with the url for that page. They didnt tell me, but I only found out when I started to get a lot of hits from a forum.. I found someone had posted the program on Youtube!
Its not easy to stop them taking posts from here.. Even if the web hosts shut the site down, they can relocate it at another host.
It is being spidered and you can block the spiders IP address using the .htaccess file.
Or you could code a bit of PHP that will dish out a page of complete garbage so that the offending forum picks that up instead, then starts filling up with garbage ;-)
