Small foil dishes for yorkshire puddings

Does anybody knwo where I can buy these small foil dishes
like the ones in the Aunt Bessies frozen uncooked yorkshire
puddings.

I fancy making some batter and freezing in in the foil dishes
ready for bunging in the oven come christmas.

Trouble is I can't find the small dishes anywhere.

    Hi DrDaz,

I'm not quite sure where to find the foil dishes but you don't necessarily need them. I make Yorkshire pudding using tins bought from Instore (think they were £1 each and they make four puddings). Before I had them I just used ordinary muffin tins. Once the puddings are cooked, turn them out onto a wire wrack to cool, then put them into a freezer bag to freeze.

When you want to reheat them, put them straight from the freezer onto a baking tray and into a hot oven for 3 - 5 minutes and they'll be as fresh as the day they were first cooked...just keep a close eye on them as they can burn easily.

Thanks pink-winged, I will try that, but I was hoping to freeze the batter uncooked,
just to see which is best.

The pudding tray I have won't fit in the freezer, hence the need for the foil dishes.

I bought them in a local chandlers but I know they can also be bought very cheaply on EBay if you search for foil dishes

I saw these in the 99p store today, might be worth a look if you have one nearby?
