Most competitive 5 and 10 year fixes??

Hello.
Ref my post on the House Buying and Selling board. Looking at different options as a stretched first time buyer.
Salary of 42K, mortgage of around 165K over 25 years, which is the most competitive long term fixed rate mortgage out there at the moment.
The house we are interested in would be a long term home, having enough space for the growing family, being near to our chosen school etc.
