Proberly a very daft question but...
Say I made up a batch of tomato sauce in the slow cooker/stove, then froze into portions. Then if i was to use some of the portions to make a batch of say spag bol, would I be able to freeze the spag bol? Or does this come into the dont freeze things twice thing?!

I've done this a lot and we're all still here
It's meat that you can't freeze twice when it's raw. It's fine to freeze some chicken, defrost it & make a casserole then freeze the casserole but only the once. I'd just make sure that the tomato sauce boils whilst you're reheating it. 0
