I have a question I have talked at length to the CAB and bankruptcy is what I intend to do but I wanted to know to the Official receiver do I have to prove I am insolvent because I am paying my debts but loaning money off friends to live so I am insolvent do I have to prove this or will the official receiver accept this when I have my interview I intend to go bankrupt soon.

The receiver has seen it all before....they will understand just looking at the paperwork you submit

the ONLY time they would ask for proof is if you've filled in an SOA with very high ammounts

my soa i very low being on Jsa it just what i can live on just the Basics but i do live with my parents.

Thanks phil I am glad that some one understands like the CAB that I want to go bankrupt at the same time I can not pay my debts it will take a lot of pressure off of me in the long term. I even joked with my doctor about this yesterday and later that night when I had a bad reaction to some medication I joked with the doctor that came and seen me the first time I have felt relaxed in a long time.
