I have a question I have talked at length to the CAB and bankruptcy is what I intend to do but I wanted to know to the Official receiver do I have to prove I am insolvent because I am paying my debts but loaning money off friends to live so I am insolvent do I have to prove this or will the official receiver accept this when I have my interview I intend to go bankrupt soon.

Thanks phil I am glad that some one understands like the CAB that I want to go bankrupt at the same time I can not pay my debts it will take a lot of pressure off of me in the long term. I even joked with my doctor about this yesterday and later that night when I had a bad reaction to some medication I joked with the doctor that came and seen me the first time I have felt relaxed in a long time.0
