want a referal why not go to referrers board

People seem to be cluttering up the general boards asking for individual referrals. why not reply to an offer on the referrers board or post your request there.
I hate these things cluttering up the board instead of real offers.
I know this is just as bad so I appologise in advance, but sometimes people just need to think about where and how they are posting requests.
Sometimes it's difficult to tell if it's an offer or a request until you open it and this can be a real drag on dial-up.
