although i think there is going to be 2 offers this week but i haven't found out what the other one is yet.

Slightly off topic, but can someone please help me.
My boyfriends birthday was last week and was given a No7 mens gift set (the OOTW a few weeks ago) But won't use any of the products due to allergies. He already knows he is allergic to this brand, and therefor nothing has been used within the gift. I don't want to ask his Aunt for the reciept, or if she brought it half price, but would like to exchange it for something in store. Does anyone know what refund they would give me? (£20 or £40) I don't actually mind either way but thanks to anyone that can help soon

Im not sure you can return it for hygiene reasons
I would call up your local store though to clarify, and if they do accept a refund it might be the £40 but as a gift card not cash or to swap it or something of same value or more and you pay the difference. 0 -

You won't get a refund - but you should be able to exchange. The till will come up with the full price - unless the SA overrides it!0
