I tried asking for a refund but she said no, because it's 'in the post'. If it arrives after christmas she said you can refuse delivery and it will get sent back to them. She said you'd get a refund, but as it's postage charge i'm not sure that's true?

I havent got mine either ans i tried calling yesterday but no answer, so didnt get to find out why. Not happy at all as now my daughter wont have it for christmas, which was the point of ordering it in the first place.

I ordered mine end of November - turned up Christmas Eve! Was happy with the quality of what I received, were some good stocking fillers in there - I did email them and got no reply, emailed again and it bounced back, hope everyone receives theirs!

I got mine on xmas eve as well - just as I was walking out the door to start delivering presents. Was happy with quality of what can, though.

They'd made a mistake and sent me two.

Wide disparity in suitability. Stuff in there for a 3 year old and the book which was included was more for a 9 or 10 year old. Overall, it was ok value
