    There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

    Came on here tonight, first time in months, and can't believe all the points available that I had absolutely no idea about and I wouldn't have found them without the help of all the posters. Big thanks.

    One final thing, I have just won the Shopper of the Month competition and get to go to the Head Office and spend £500!! Can't wait.

    I complained to Pigsback about receiving 177 points when i had staked 200 points on a winning selection on the jackpot pool. This is the reply;

    "Thanks for your mail.

    The Jackpots work by awarding correct entries a share of the Pool. All Jackpots
    incur a 20% admin charge so it is a possibility that you could receive less than
    your original stake back. This would happen if the majority of members chose the
    same answer.

    However we are changing the Jackpots so that winning entries will receive at the
    least their original stake back.
    I have also issued 23 PiggyPoints back to your account.

    Don't hesitate to contact me should you have any further queries."

    I would just like to commend Pigsback on this, giving me excellent customer service:T
    Thanks for this excellent post Rolpaula, well done for complaining! I would add though that 23 points is the very least they should be giving anyone who's been diddled! I understood from a previous resopnse from Pigbsack that the jackpot system had already been changed but their response would seem to indicate otherwise -- and the fact that it is now nearly a week since the BB7 eviction and no points have been forthcoming! -- would also support this!

    Why don't Pigsback either withdraw the jackpots, or at least let members know when they're placing their "bet" what the current winnings are likely to be based on the betting?

    In the meantime I urge all my fellow MSErs and Pisgback-ers to boycott the jackpots! :p

    PS Good luck with the move Claire!

Is there any way i can find out how i have won them? Not that i am complaining, in less than a week ive been able to claim my first Boots voucher (pity i didnt know this yesterday when i spent £40 on luxuries:mad:).
