When my OH ordered his first reward my referral points came on about a week later so be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Complaints about points for HQ Hair purchases have been made since the first ads appeared on PB, way back last year - about a year ago, in fact. The original threads will confirm this, if they still exist. Since neither firm has done anything to resolve the problem, anyone ordering from HQ shouldn't expect anything back from PB.

Caveat emptor.
