Can anyone help me :mad:

i have been trying to log on to pigs back for the last week and when i try to log on it stays on the same page and wont log me in. i have treid to send a password reminder and its says what i have been putting in and i havent got caps on. have tried sending email but no reply

Have you tried clearing your cookies, temporary internet files etc?

In internet explorer: Tools - Internet Options - Delete Cookies

In firefox: Tools - Clear Private Data

Other than that, I can't think what it might be.

i have deleted the cookes and it sill is doing the same what is fire fox please

Firefox is just another browser instead of internet explorer.

Have you cleared all temporary files, history, cache etc? They're all there in the Tools - Internet Options section. If you've cleared/deleted all of them then I don't know what else to suggest.

One of our resident techies might be along in a bit with some more useful ideas

You could always ask the question over on the techie board if there's no reply here.

No prob, sorry I couldn't actually help!!! :rotfl:

There are a few regulars on here who are very knowledgeable about computer probs, they might be about tomorrow. From my (limited) knowledge it sounds like a problem with your computer/browser rather than the pigsback site (but I could be wrong, haven't been much help thus far :rolleyes: :rotfl: ).
