Thing is, I very rarely give out my real DOB, especially when signing up to websites etc. I dread the day when someone asks me to confirm my DOB and I'll get it 'wrong'! :cool:

try ringing them and explaining- they also blocked my account because my mum and i have the same name (first and surname), and my mum sometimes goes on PB from my pc - i rang them and they reinstated my account. mum is ringing them tomorrow.
