Search function can be a bit funny at times, doesn't always work and think it is case sensitive too.

I had one published on the 13/6 and don't have a points credit yet. I queried it with Rachel on the 16/6, simply because it's always been automatic for submissions points before and she's told me it might take a week in this case. I did wonder if it's just a glitch so they're having to do it manually, so it's taking longer.

No reply yet, some one posted a couple of days ago saying they'd been told piggypoints froms Sams eviction would be credited by the end of the weekend (just gone). Pigsback seem to be having a lot of trouble crediting points at the moment.

Hi all, can anyone tell me what reporo from Pigsback is like. Are you inundated with calls to your mobile or are you left alone to browse whenever you want to? It seems a good deal, but I really do not want my mobile going of night and day. Ta!

They don't have the original emails - they're hopeless with things like that!
Sorry I'm having a bit of a rant but pigsback never credit my points!!!!! And it's takes them weeks and weeks and weeks to reply to my emails!! Is there a phone number for them?
Sorry to all the lovely people on here who don't derserve my rant but I'm not happy! This has happened after them not crediting my bonus points for my first CDWow order through them - my dad and brother wouldn't have even know that pigsbacks existed if I hadn't referred them!!

Which service or application do they use for emails?
When you delete an email it'll go into a 'deleted' or 'trash' folder, just in case of things like this - unless they've made the added effort to delete them from there then they should still have them. For instance, Gmail keeps them for around a month, OE or Outlook should keep them until the deleted files folder is emptied manually.
