Has anyone had recent dealings with Littlewoods/kays Bankruptcy dept ?
They are still sending me statements and asking for the money, but on the phone they are saying it is a glitch in the system and they cannot stop the statements and defaults going out, i have reported it to the OR and it still goes on, as they are saying it is affecting hundreds if nor thousands i was wondering is anyone else in the same position as me ?

Yep, for about 5 months after my BR they sent me statements etc.
I just binned them and they did stop eventually.
They also kept sending me new catalogues and various special offers:rolleyes:
You've done all you have to do really. Ignore/shred them from now on.The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter
