Thanks, but wouldn't work for me.0

If you've been sent the code, then you enter it in paypal when you've bought something over £10.
The paypal account must have the same email address as the ebay account they sent the coupon to.0 -
Will it work on sellers fees?
thanks. Flo0 -
No, ebay auction purchases only.0

I got the £2.50 off P&P - clicked on FAQ's in the email, says this:
Can I use someone else's coupon?
Some Coupons are only valid for the recipient, but others can be shared. If the Coupon includes an email address that must be used to log in to PayPal, then only that PayPal account owner can use that coupon. If the coupon does not specify an email address, it may be shared with others.
Clicked on T&C's. says this:
The coupon is valid only when the user's eBay email address matches the email address of their PayPal account.
May be worth OP checking what's listed in their T&C's - not having a go but prevents threads appearing and loads of people posting 'never worked for me....'

I got the code too, and as I said before, it is only for your email address.0

I wonder how they decide who gets and who doesn't get the voucher... Is it on a random basis; or do they assign discounts and vouchers according to spending/selling habits?YO!0
