Best buy to let options

Options
I'm looking to remortgage as Intelligent Finance don't allow buy to lets long term.

Coventry looked good with 5.1% and £599 fee but they require self employed to be >2 years which I'm not - any other good options which anyone's aware of?

Many thanks

Plenty of them, but you would have to disclose more details about what you are doing, figures etc and any other properties you own

Approx value 112-120k (based on similar currently for sale) ; mortgage 70k owing but might like more if feasible. Rental 500pm before agent's fees.

I have another mortgage but that's where I live rather than another buytolet.

    Thanks again.
