Just noticed they are a division of Watford Electronics so I wouldn't touch them. I once bought a hard drive from them. It came in a big box with so little packaging the hard drive was free to bump and tumble about inside it. First and last time I will use them.

I ordered alot of stuff from here before Xmas, for little stocking fillers, seemed ok to deal with, nothing to complain about!
