Sorry about this but the Jacamo site say refunds within 28days only in the new condition.
Now I have a small problem I got some boots of there site on the 10/09/2009 and Iv put them on today the boot is coming away from the sole were you bend your toes Iv had the boots less than to months and Iv walked around 40hours in them and now there falling apart.
Were do I stand on a replacement or refund as at £39.99 and less than two months old that works out at £20 per month for boots?
Any help would be great.

Yeah they would be deemed as faulty you can return them.
Call up and ask for an uplift or send them back via the post office.
