Dont have a leg to stand on so to speak.
Never sign anything without full knowledge of what it is, regardless of what you are "told". You will have little to no chance of proving your points raised im afraid.0 -
Gnaril, thankyou for your response.0

I was under the impression that if a seller lies / miss leads you into signing a contract you where protected under law and the contract was void. When I first got sky I was told it was a 30 day trial, I signed up only to find it was a 1 year subscription. I got it cancelled on that grounds, was a common practise of some sky sellers at the time.0

I think I have some rights but don't know where to start. I have written a letter to my financers, but I don't expect much help. Hopefully I am proved wrong.
Thanks Eric.0 -
You will have to somehow convince a judge that you were lied to. That may be the tricky bit.0

I went to the garage I bought it from, which has a new finance manager, even he was confused, as this dealer isn't allowed to sell personal loans, which in effect, is what I have been sold.0
