Is it ok to use Creme Fraiche 2 days after use by date?

I would be very careful with dairy, i would guess its a use by, not a best before date, in which case i think i would bin it.
Mind you, you could always do the look and sniff test, if it looks ok and smells ok, might be worth tasting it.0 -
Creme fraiche tastes DISGUSTING when it's gone off. If it still tastes OK, it is OK - it's not like fromage frais or yoghurt which can taste ok-ish and still make you really ill - you'll know when it's gone off!0
