Star Wars lego stock update thread

Since Star Wars lego has nothing to do with Go Go Hamsters, I wondered if we could start another thread helping people to get the latest stock. Personally I've been checking stock at Boots.com for Battle of Endor as I need 3 of them and could get it on the 3 for 2. It's £75 on Boots but hasn't been in stock for the last 2 weeks - it was in stock before that.

£73.39 at Legoshop.com and £4.25 shipping. This is direct from Lego so plenty of stock. Don't bother ordering from play.com, I ordered this several months ago, it hasn't come and when I spoke to their (foreign) call centre yesterday, they had no idea if they will be getting stock, and they've now whacked it up to 99.99 as well. :eek:0

Oh dear. Looks like I've picked the lego that's impossible to get. On the 3 for 2 it makes it £50 but only any good if it actually comes into stock!0

I wonder if the lego is gona be the same as the elmo live was last year in boots - ie never ever in stock online.
In the end i got it from littlewoods and used the £30 off code for new customers. Therefore getting it half price.
Im so glad my kids are still young enough to not want any of the ''must have'' toys of the year.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0 -
I just checked on the Lego site and Battle of Endor is no. 4 on their top-selling lego, behind the 2 advent calendars. It is in stock there though....0

I got one from Argos for ds2, had to travel though as none in my closest stores and have seen them in Toys r us, obviously not as good as the 3 for 2 but might be of help.
Talking of the go go hamsters I was just coming to post that an independant toy shop has some soon (i've ordered a couple of bits I couldn't get hold of in the shops from them)- they do lego as well and that is where I was going to get my Star wars Endor set from if I couldn't get it locally. I'll put the shop on the go go pets thread as don't want to look like a spammer, lol!0 -
It was available at around £75 in the Fenwick's store in Canterbury yesterday. Obviously no good to those who don't live near!0

I saw the Endor set in Telford Boots at the weekend. Not much help for non Shropshire folk I know. I had to get the seperatist shuttle and Darth's fighter but couldn't get the third thing I wanted - a Baranus bionicle. Anyway I definately noticed the Endor set in there and was glad my son didn't ask for it due to the price and the fact that I spent a fortune on a Millenium Falcon last year that's gathering dust as my son is fickle. Of course being one of those freaky mums who like to get the most popular toy for my little ones no matter what I find myself wanting one now :eek:0

LOL!! DS now informs me he wants the Vulture Droid with Ahsoka starship and if he doesn't get it he'll explode. So might be worth the money just to avoid the mess. However I was doing the 3 for 2 with two other mums from school so its not just up to me.....I saw the Endor set in Telford Boots at the weekend. Not much help for non Shropshire folk I know.
