CSA, Both parties have a private agreement but CSA demand arrears payments!!!

That part of the text is totally different to them demanding your Father pays like you said in the first post. They are just telling your Mother that she could get the money if she wanted to ... did she say again, no I want the case closed and arrears written off? If so, they should have done it. If not, then she needs to ring back and tell them again, tell them to stop the Deduction of Earnings and tell them to stop contacting them both.
