I just found a really good website called readitswapit.co.uk and thought it would be good to spread the word.

Ive swapped lots of books through them...it is great....one has gone 'missing' at the mo though so do not know if it is the postal strike or not!

Can anyone give me a rough idea on postage costs? (obviously I know it depends on size & weight of the book
) I've had a look but am wondering whether cost of postage makes this very money-saving? Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endQuidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur0 -
just copied this off the site
How much does it cost to post a book?
Most paperbacks of around 300 pages or less will cost only 90p to post (second class with Royal Mail). Larger paperbacks, or hardbacks, may cost up to £1.63.
You can find a full range of postal charges at the Royal Mail website. Remember that most paperbacks will weigh less than 500 grams. You can also buy stamps online and print your own postage.
hope that helps
