csa voluntary payments

Can anyone help please?

My ex has contacted the CSA for payment. This is the second time she has done this, the first being settled with a lump sum agreed between us. This agreement was drawn up by solicitors and in full consultation with the CSA (to get the precise wording).

The CSA has now said that I received incorrect advice and I need to pay.

I have sent them all the evidence to no avail

Any suggestion?

Thank you in anticipation

Could you go back to your solicitor? They would probably know better than posters on here :)

As far as I am aware, any lump sum agreement can never be accepted as child support - even if drawn up with a solicitor.
