TSb offloading C&G ,Effects ?

We have just started repayments for a 'Lend-A-Hand' mortgage with the C&G ,through TSB .Just worried what effects selling off C&G will have ? suppose its underwritten somewhere that terms and conditions can be changed given notice (will have to go through paperwork )

Lend a Hand isn't a C&G mortgage, it's a Lloyds product. (We just had our L-A-H offer sent out to us yesterday)

Even if it was, I don't think it'd change anything to be honest. Yes there might be small print somewhere but I wouldn't think any company would want the bad press associated with "pulling the rug out" from house buyers like that.

It might not be happening for 4 years anyway. Basically, I wouldn't lose sleep over it at the moment.

Our mortgage is definitely with the C&G ,even though its a TSB product.

oh ok that's weird! on the C&G website they don't mention the LAH mortgage. Or at least not as far as I could find. Sorry for being confusing!

No ,no worries ,it confuzzled us at the time
We applied in branch (TSB ) for a TSB product and when the mortgage papers came ,its with the C&G ?!?

Hm well ours should be arriving today through the post, will be interesting to see what they say!
