Not wishing to bring done the tone - but have you tried Primark - I am also a 36F and I do aqua aerobics so need something supportive - I bought a suitsuit from Primark about 3 months ago that has been very good - have also used Figleaves, Evans but not Brastop as we don't have one nearby - all recommendedI want to...........?0

TK Maxx also had some good swimsuits - my local branch had speedo black ones with cup sizes for £9.99 - it's the usual cross your fingers that they have a selection in stock though0

i am also a 36e with a smaller bottom and have jus bought a bikini (yes i know but i felt brave lol) from peacocks
u can buy them as seperates so if u are bigger ontop its not a prob.. i think it came to about £9 for the 2 pieces.. they also had some other costumes which would fit you cos i must of tried on the whole range lol
