Amazon currently have their Sony DEJ011S.CEQ CD Walkman reduced from £21.73 to £9.36. It has great reviews

Might not be great for everyone however would appeal to people who like audio books, older people who don't want to keep up with the latest technology, kids at that price cos you wont have to worry about them getting damaged, etc, etc.....0
