Fermi I am talking about another debt that I have CCA and I still waiting to see if the other one is going to take me to court.

I CCA three debts altogether and that the first one that I have won.

    Thanks. :)

I did think it was a tad quick to have been sold on then CCA'd with a response. ;)

The debt collection scum have now sent me a statement for the last year showing the payments that I was making. I am confused about why they would send a statement when they never done this before.

The dodgy default notice is due to expire on Monday maybe that is the last thing that they are going to send me before they send the court papers.

I am prepared for Monday and as soon as I see the default I will call Credit Expect and Equifax to get it removed.

Why would they try and default me twice for the same debt when they know that they cannot legally do this.

I am concerned about what will happen to my other credit when they see the default on my credit file because I think it can take up to 28 days to get it removed.

I have worked so hard to repair my credit file and this could all be messed up because of a default that should not be put on my credit file.
