I bought a dell inspiron 6000 last August and now 1 year Carry and return service is expiring soon. Dell is now offering me 3 Year Next Day International Premium Support for a discounted £106 (against a normal £180).
Does anyone have upgrade dell support recently got better offers?.
I would like a 1 year upgrade. The sales person there are no 1 year upgrades, but there are some 2 year upgrades. He also said there is Basic, Standard upgrades also available.
I was not able to speak to him longer, as I was at work.
If anyone knows more details about Dell Support Upgrade, please could you post the details. Thanks.

the £108 for a Next day at home support is a brilliant price. I always buy the 1 year warranty at purchase as they always offer a better deals nearer expiry. The maximum i was able to negotiate for two laptops was to include accidental damage in the extended warranty without any charge making it a great deal0

you only need to have the hard drive or mobo to go wrong in the next 3 years to pay for the cost of the warranty it is definitely worth it0
