I've been reading about this American supplement... anyone tried it? has it been approved in the UK?
The fact is, I've been going the gym for a very long time and even the advice of the gym instructor doesn't seem to give me good looking muscles and a flat tummy... (I'm a man btw;).. now don't ask me to change my gym, lol..
just a little bit of information and loads of advice perhaps??
Thanks all in advance for looking and many thanks if you reply as well..
Cheers...

Hi Benz52
Just had a look on the net regarding this supplement. It makes some pretty big statements doesn't it? I bet it's just another body building supplement on the market. I'm a gym bunny myself and know that generally, it's good old fashioned hard work and sweating it out that gets you fit and ripped. I use PHD occassionally, it's a protein supplement. If I exercise hard, eat right and have the protein drink, it makes a big difference to my physique. Maybe look at your fitness regime and try something different, you can get too used to the same exercise and not see any results. Good luck though; now I'm off to the gym for some hard core exercise

Do internet research but avoid banned substances.
Vary your exercises and weight training
Eat food with natural proteins as well0 -

I am a qualified personal trainer and I am rather good at what I do!
There is no point in taking supplements (other than perhaps a basic whey protein for convenience) until you have got your training and diet right. Are you trying to bulk up or cut fat?
Exactly what are you doing in the gym - name of exercise, sets, reps, speed, rests between sets, strict technique, to failure or not, how many times a week, when was the last time you changed the programme? Cardio, what/ how hard/ how long/ how often?
Exactly what are you eating and drinking, how frequently and how much, how soon after you get up, how soon before or after training? Do you smoke or drink alcohol? Do you know how many calories, the split between protein carbs and fat? What are your sleep patterns and stress levels like? An excellent book is "Power Eating" by Susan Kleiner (Human Kinetics).
PM me if you can be bothered to answer all those questions, and I will check back.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
