Endowment do I cash it in

Hi
I want some advice, I have 5 years left on an endowment which will deliver far less then the mortgage , we have a repayment mortgage and have tried and failed to get compensation. We know want to cut our losses if that is the best move. If we cash in know we will loose the bonus which is not much but would increase the cash received by 50%.
