Please can you give me an idiots guide to ordering
When I put the code HBFREE in, enter my name address etc the basket price stays at £13 not £1.75

No you just click buy without ticking any of the other offers and you add the code on the next page, it took me 2 attempts to work it out lol, theres then just the postage to pay for but they are well worth that :)

  • pretty pretty, i ordered some.
deeds - i found it a bit confusing myself, but no you do not have to order anymore than the offer states. dont check the offer buttons just ie offer 1, offer 2 or offer 3 just select the one you want in the first lot of choices, i chose xmas tree then add to basket, then enter the voucher code at check out

did you update after adding the code? I dont think i did that the first time and it stayed the same? Its just the snowflake ones that are free as i tried to change to different ones but they are just the other offer?

If you just click on the link and dont click anything else apart from the blue add to basket button at the bottom.
Then go to your basket put in the code and click update.

I had a right blonde moment trying to get it to work, Im glad its not just me :D
