since you already have a 18-55 lens why not compliment it with the tamron 70-300, which gets superb reviews at this site, and its within your budget.

any lens trying to do 18mm at one end and 200mm at the other is going to be a major compremise. and reviews of both the lens's mentioned compound this fact.
