Topps tiles, Tesco rewards New & glitches!

Tesco now have for a limited time, Topps tiles on their rewards.
I rang the Tesco rewards today as I have a number of Tesco rewards converted for Virgin which I did not use and wanted to put towards some tiles. I spoke to an advisor who said any of the vouchers witha code starting with "S" are generic vouchers and can be used.
So all excited a popped along to Topps and did my order, only to find the vouchers not being accepted. calls from the store to their general area mager, from him to their marketing and onto tesco, came back saying that the vouchers must have Topps tiles on them!
Came all the way home, rang tesco who sated they will not be printing Topps on them and my rewards can be used!!
So now waiting for Tesco and Topps to sort themsleves out and ring me back!
Hopefully this is just a glitch..... as I have 200 tiles etc etc sitting there ready at Topps...Fab value for money!

Just heard from tesco, yes they do have to have Topps written on them so have to send them back to get them changed into Topps tiles!Aim to win in 2013 - a holiday somewhere nice, New York break, treats for family & friends & some cash would be lovely!!!0
