I am having a real down day. I have £110 pounds to last me to the end of the month. Nothing this weekend has sold on amazon which I put up for sell. The £110 is to include at least £70 in petrol so I can get to work. Me and the other half have worked out that we are going to over £100 pounds on are overdraft and as we have an arrangement with them that this shouldn't happen, I am in a panic because I don't have the money to put in there.
I am also trying to give up smoking I'm using the patches and I am getting very stressed out. Got an appointment with an Avon lady to see if I can get my own area, so I am hoping that will bring in some extra cash (much needed)

For a start just think about the overdraft every time you think of having/buying cigarettes. Is there anything you can sell on ebay. Is the end of the month the end of June? If so, thats £10 a week after petrol. Have you food until then or will this have to include food? Can you eat out of the cupboard for a while? Is this just a temporary hiccup or does it happen every month? If it is just this month, maybe you could ring the bank and ask them if you can extend the overdraft just for one month. I have done this before. I cant think of anything else to say but good luck. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

Natty,
you can get by on a tenner a week just for one month. Don't panic.
Do you have any vouchers etc you can cash in? Clubcard points etc? Sometimes if I haven't done my piggy bank for a bit I can squeeze a tenner out of it.

try not to panic - i have got by on a lot less than that in the past.
looking back, even though it was really hard at the time, i quite enjoyed visiting fruiters and butchers for the cheapest stuff.
egg & chips are great
is there any way you can car share for a bit? even a couple days a week will help loads.0 -
It can be done so dont stress too much about it, if you are giving up smoking whatever you feel will be magnified so you are probably worrying more than you normally would.
I would pop some stuff on ebay. Thursday they are having a special day where you can use the gallery and subtitle feature free. Anything you havent worn/read/listened to/watched/used for a while whack it on and see how much you get. You could easily double how much you have for the month without noticing you have got rid of anything.
I just sorted through my jewellery drawer the other day and had loads of odd earrings and snapped necklaces and stuff. I took it to my jeweller who buy scrap gold and got £25 quid for it.
What about a car booty... weather might be nice this weekend.

you can get by on £10 a week, at least you've got food in, so that's quite good. and you're saving yourself loads by not smoking, so remember that.
i would call the bank if i were you, you never know, they might be able to help you out for this month.
