There's a Cruise Liner Terminal in Liverpool docks from HERE - I'm not sure if they want that for an answer or the road where the car is actually parked, in which case (as I'm not local and can't tell the orientation) it's over to someone else... Link to googlemaps appropriate page is here (I've set to search by Princes Dock as that was where wiki indicated the cruise liner terminal was, but appreciate it may be somewhere a bit different)
Pleased to see my answer to the last comp of theirs (Picton Library, Liverpool) was right

The road would be Princes Parade I think2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
2013: £134.960 -
I think the car is on William Jessop Way on the 'land' side of Princes Dock. Princes Parade is on the river side of the dock - probably where the coach is in the background.0
