Arrears after CSA error

I agree you would have asked for reassessment later in 2005. The problem is that no-one can predict how many times each of you would have asked for reassessment since.
I suppose it is hard to make a final decision that is fair to both parties and that is probably why they force the appeals route?0 -
I dread to think how long and complicated an appeal will be.They cant even do an assessment right in one go.
The other thing i find strange is why PWC left if 3 years before asking for the latest assessment?0 -

I racked up arrears from Jan 1996 and wasn't notified about them till Jun 1998
There is conflicting addresses on the limited paperwork i have and i am still waiting on my data protection files .There was a liabillity order granted in Feb 2003 but they had clumped all the arrears from Jan 1996 to Jun 1998 .Can i appeal against this ?0
