Morning all
I'm just about to spend cash on snacks for toddlers - they've got into a biscuit rut lately but I think I'm going to get them strawberries  I will also be paying £1.20 for my niece to attend.
Later on I might look for a small treat for myself - I'm thinking either a coffee and time with my book in Starbucks or a points spending spree in Boots.

Morning PS
I'm going to try for a no-spender today. DH will need to get petrol because he's got lots of travelling this week to a course nr Oxford (but that will be reimbursed) and I'm hoping he's getting a free lunch too!0 -
If I do the foodshop it will be £10 ish,
If I dont it will be a no-spend day- thank god, havent had one in ages:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
55p on a loaf to make toast.....when it was scanned in the shop the price came up as 59p, but it clearly said 55p on the sticker so I stood my ground and paid 55p. Another small victory.....OH gets embarassed when I do things like this in a shop, thinks 4p is a bit small to quibble over but I disagree, its all about the principle !0

hi all,
I am going to have to buy lunch today (OH saw pasta in fridge and scoffed the lot last night) but apart from that nothing. Will aim to bring lunch with me for the rest of the week.Saving for an early retirement!0 -
Had to spend £2.30 on hospital car parking (we were only there for 45 minutes!!!) and £1.70 on my sons magazine. Do need to get some bananas later, but shouldnt be more than a pound.0

hi everyone, I managed a spend free day yesterday but need to dip into the purse today to buy mulch for the garden (following on from my hard work at the weekend) = £6 and a large bag of dog food from the wholesaler = £6. It's also son's guitar lesson today - £10 but he pays half = £5. That's £17 spent even if I resist all other temptations while out!

I was going to have a no spend day but am thinking of popping to Morrisons. I have completed my shopping list for tomorrow but thought I would see if anything I need is BOGOF in Morrisons before I shop at Asda tomorrow.Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0

I spent £1.28 sending ebay parcels, and then £1.75 on a magazine which will hopefully console me after my exam this afternoon - I'm not expecting it to go well!0
