Insolvency register update

I was discharged on October 14th and had letter from court to confirm ED. I phoned RTLU to confirm and they did but register not been updated. I have emailed the error box at the bottom of the page 3 times but no luck.

Does anyone have any idea what the next step should be?

Thank you.

  • Hi,

You will automatically fall off the IR after 3 months until then there is nothing you can do about it.

I am waiting for the same thing 10th November I should be off the IR.

Have you gone into the register and checked. It doesn't show on the front page you actually have to click on your name and look in there. I was massively disappointed when I checked mine because I was expecting to see 'discharged' on the front page!

if its saying "auto discharge 2010" in the status area that thats WRONG if you've received ed this should be clearly shown as "early discharge received **/**/**** you need to speak to someone about making sure the details are changed....I would guess in three months it'll still show the wrong info
