Has anyone got a recipe for this?
(Black-Saturn Where are you.....?)
I have never made a fish pie, in fact we rarely eat fish, but as I have them in the freezer, I better make use of them
Thanks

Hi Greenwellies,
There is a very recent thread on fish pie that might help you.
Anyone know a good cod fish pie recipe?for tonights tea.
Black saturn has posted her recipe for fish pie on there. You could take any one of the recipes on that thread and substitute salmon for the fish and add some brocolli.

Thanks for that,
It gave me the confidence to make it up as I went along, and it's in the oven now

I done 3 200g salmon steaks, with 5 hard boiled eggs and loads of brocolli in a parsly sauce, topped with mash and a tiny amount of cheese. (for 5 of us)
It was lovely!
Although I was a little too shy on the seasoning!
Hubby questioned the use of egg and didn't look too impressed, but everyone else liked it.
Thanks
