Terms and Conditions

1) Tickets can be purchased through the Southern website only

2) Tickets are available on Southern routes only

3) Discount applies to Standard class only, First Class tickets are not available. Further railcard discounts apply

4) Child fares available at 50p, half the child flat fare. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Up to 4 children may travel with each adult

5) Tickets will be available for travel from 01 November until 15 December 2009

6) The time restrictions for Off – Peak Day Returns are as usual (i.e. travel from 9.30am, return any time the same day) with the following additional restrictions:
Tickets from outside zones 1-6 to destinations within or via stations in zones 1-6 will not be valid on trains arriving London Bridge, London Victoria or Shepherd’s Bush before 1053 (weekdays)
Tickets from outside zones 1-6 to destinations within or via stations in zones 1-6 will not be valid on trains leaving London Bridge, London Victoria or Shepherd’s Bush between 1600 and 1900 (weekdays)
No time restrictions Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

7) Geographical scope:
Any journey between any two stations served by Southern services

8) Participating Operators:
These tickets are valid on Southern only except that Off-Peak One Day Travelcards have the full inter-availability within zones 1-6

9) Refunds:
Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable

10) Change of journey is applicable at a charge of £2 per transaction on the southern website (refunds not available when changing to a lower priced ticket)

11) Tickets can be fulfilled by Post or Ticket on Departure.
