Pork chaps!!

Saw these in Waitrose this week. Am I right in thinking that they are the cheeks?
They certainly are the right shape!! Has anyone cooked them, what is the best method?
They are a cheap cut of pork, I didn't buy them as I had never heard of them and was not sure about them.

Yes they are cheeks. I've not cooked them before but OH had them at a pub once and says they were horrible, the fat was all runny.

I would think slow roasting would be the way to go.

    How helpful.

Maro, I am sure they are cheeks, they are also known as Bath Chaps-must be a local speciality. Google isn't very helpful as it seems convinced I mean pork chops

Googling 'bath chaps' is more fruitful.

    Guardian article

    Nice sounding recipe(needs scaling down)
